Terms of Service

What We Provide

Campus Watch is a free website and email service that tracks the college athletes and teams you choose to follow. We aggregate publicly available statistics and information into a personalized experience on the site, and into a weekly report we email you during the season.

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the service at any time. We'll do our best to give you advance notice if anything significant changes.

Accuracy of Information

We work hard to make sure your report is accurate, but we can't guarantee it. Player stats, school affiliations, and roster information come from third-party sources and may contain errors or lag behind real-time events. Campus Watch is intended for personal enjoyment and information — please don't rely on it for decisions where accuracy is critical.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Campus Watch account. If you are under 13, ask a parent or guardian to create an account and follow your athletes for you. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Your Account

Campus Watch has no passwords. You sign in either with a link we email you or with your Google account, which means access to your email or Google account is access to your Campus Watch account — please keep those secure. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact us at info@campuswatchweekly.com.

You may not create accounts on behalf of others or use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute our reports or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent any limitations

Intellectual Property

The Campus Watch name, logo, report format, and written content are our property. Player statistics are publicly available facts and are not owned by us. You may share your personal report with friends and family but may not republish or resell it.

Limitation of Liability

Campus Watch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including inaccurate player information, missed deliveries, or service interruptions.

Cancellation

You can stop receiving Campus Watch email at any time by contacting us at info@campuswatchweekly.com. We'll stop sending reports within one business day.

Your Privacy

What we collect and what we do with it is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Campus Watch changes. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page, and we'll tell you by email if a change materially affects you. Continuing to use Campus Watch after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.

If you have a problem with Campus Watch, email us first — we would much rather sort it out with you directly than formally.
